ACCOUNTS
Drinks and meals may be charged to your room, but we urge that accounts be settled every two or three days, and by four p.m. on the day before your departure.
AIRPORT TRANSFER
Transfers are available from Ercan in the North for £32, which takes approximately 45 minutes. Transfers from Larnaca in the South cost £65 and take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
BAR
From 9 a.m. until the last person leaves, the Poolside Bar will be open!

CURRENCY
Our Reception will be happy to change your travellers cheques and sterling into YTL (New Turkish Lira) between 9.a.m and 4.p.m, any day of the week that suits you best Sterling is widely accepted in the TRNC so no worries there!
DINING OUT
You’ll be spoilt for choice with the array of fantastic restaurants on offer in Northern Cyprus. To help you make your decision, we have a Restaurant Guide available from reception.

Plug sockets and voltage is the same as the U.K.

Available from house keeping.
LIBRARY
We maintain a small library of books in the lobby for our guests’ enjoyment. If you have any gently-used books that you would like to donate, we would be grateful.
MINI BAR
A mini bar may be provided on request. Please let us know which goods you want on your minibar.
RESTAURANT
The Hideaway Club features a restaurant called The Bar, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as light snacks. The Restaurant Menu offers a variety of local and international dishes; the employees are kind and polite.
ROOM SERVICE
Our delicious room service is available from 8am to 9:30 pm. Just a heads up- there will be a 15% charge for all orders placed. (VIPs don’t have to worry about this!)
SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
A safety deposit box is available upon request in each room at no charge, but the hotel will not be held accountable for any lost items. If you do not want to use the box, please return your key to reception. There will be a fee for any unreturned keys.
TAXIS
Any staff member will be happy to call you a taxi. Please allow 10 minutes waiting time for the taxi to arrive. The cost of the metered taxi from Kyrenia town centre to your destination will be approximately £5.

You can make international calls directly from your hotel room phone.
£1 per minute for international calls.
0.15p per minute for local calls.
TOWELS
Hotel residents can use the poolside towels, but beach towels are not provided.
