Useful Information

Accounts

Drinks and food may be charged to your room, but we would ask that accounts be settled every 2 or 3 days, and by 4.p.m on the eve of your departure.

Airport Transfer

Transfers available from Ercan in the North (£32) approx 45 minutes to the Hideaway Club and Larnaca in the South (£65) aprrox 1 hour 15 minutes to the Hotel.

Bar

The Poolside Bar will be open from 9 a.m. until the last person leaves!

Car Hire

Currency

We will be happy to change your travellers cheques and sterling into YTL (New Turkish Lira) in Reception between 9.a.m and 4.p.m. Sterling is widely accepted in the TRNC.

Dining Out

There are many wonderful restaurants in Northern Cyprus and to help you choose we have a Restaurant Guide in reception.

Electricity

Plug sockets and voltage is the same as the U.K.

Iron and Ironing Board

Available from house keeping.

Library

There is a selection of books in reception that guests are invited to read and any donations of books that you have already read would be gratefully appreciated.

Mini Bar

Mini bar is available on request. Please let us know which items you would like your mini bar stocked with.

Restaurant

The Hideaway Club restaurant is open from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner plus light snacks throughout the day. The Restaurant Menu serves both local and international dishes and the staff are both friendly and polite. Click here to see a sample menu.

Room Sevice

Room service is from 8.am., last orders for food 9.30p.m. Please note there will be a 15 % room service charge added to your order. (No charge for VIP rooms guests)

Safety Deposit Box

A complimentary safety deposit box is available in each room, however the management cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings. If you do not wish to use this facility please hand back your key to Reception. There will be a charge made for lost keys .

Taxis

Any staff member will be happy to call you a taxi please allow 10 minutes waiting time. Cost to Kyrenia by metered taxi to Kyrenia town centre will be approx £5.

Telephone

International Direct Dialling (I.D.D) available from all rooms.

• £1 per minute for international calls.
• 0.15p per minute for local calls.

Towels

Towels are provided for hotel residents to use by the poolside. Beach towels are not provided.
